Reopening of the Subject Matter studio, open house & pop up gallery Tokyo, August 27, 2012 –Subject Matter Inc. announces the reopening of its photographic art gallery located in Minami Azabu on Thursday September 6, 2012, from 7:00 – 10:00 pm. All are welcome to attend and can RSVP via the companyʼs Facebook Page. Subject Matter Co- Founder & Curator Liezel Strauss says, “We have a lot of new beginnings to celebrate; a new location, new website, and the opening of the Canada branch. Iʼm excited to share these beautiful art pieces with the community. Please join us for this art open house.”The opening exhibition is an open house showcasing the works from photographers from Japan, South Africa, Europe, and the U.K. In addition, the companyʼs recently launched international website will be on display for visitors to experience how browsing by theme and room shots makes it easier to visualize how photographic art will appear in their homes.Subject Matter studio & gallery will be open for viewings every Wednesday from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm beginning on September 12th and for private viewings every day by appointment. Subject Matter will also host pop up galleries around Tokyo & Montreal every few months with the first one scheduled for 6 October in Aoyama, Tokyo.
